With over 17 years’ experience working in the health and fitness industry, I have developed a broad skill set across musculoskeletal therapy, personal training, nutrition and physiotherapy. I qualified as a musculoskeletal massage therapist through Teesside University in 2009 and have also worked as a Personal Trainer, developing my knowledge and passion for exercise prescription. I continued to develop my academic knowledge, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham in 2019, followed by a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2026.
Coming from a background in high-level sport, I have a particular interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance. I enjoy bringing together my knowledge and experience across different disciplines to provide individualised, evidence-based care.
I have a particular passion for women’s health, having focused my final-year physiotherapy studies on menopause. I aim to use my clinical, fitness and nutritional knowledge to provide women with the holistic care, education and support they deserve.
I also enjoy helping people living with chronic or long-term conditions. I believe that empowering people with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to manage their own health is an important part of effective care.
My approach is centred around education, collaboration and evidence-based practice, helping people better understand their bodies, feel more confident in managing their health and work towards their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit and lifting weights, eating good food and, most importantly, making memories with my twin daughters.
