Miss Stephanie Dorey

Stephanie Dorey, gained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Sports Therapy from Coventry University in 2011. Her passion for healing and rehabilitation led her to pursue further qualifications, and in 2013, she earned an Acupuncture certification.

Steph’s dedication to her craft is evident in her longstanding association with the Newark Osteopathic Clinic, where she has worked for an impressive 12 years. She also boasts a

9-year tenure working alongside Newark Rugby Club and an 8-year partnership with NLD, providing exceptional care and treatment to individuals from under 8 to adults.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Steph has a profound love for horses. Growing up on a farm surrounded by ponies from a young age. Her passion for racing inspired her to pursue her equestrian dreams, and in June 2024, she achieved a remarkable milestone by riding her first winning race at Haydock.

In addition to her equestrian pursuits, Steph is a dedicated runner with a preference for 10k races. However, she harbors ambitious aspirations of completing a full marathon in the future. Her determination and commitment to excellence are evident in both her professional endeavors and her personal hobbies.

Stephanie Dorey’s exceptional skill set, unwavering dedication, and love for her craft make her an invaluable asset to the Newark Osteopathic Clinic team.

George Allen – Sports Therapist

George Allen is a sports therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucestershire. He graduated in 2020 and has since worked with various athletes and teams, providing them with a range of sports therapy services.

George is certified in Foundation Acupuncture and Dry Needling, which are techniques used to relieve pain and improve muscle function. He is also certified in Kinesio Taping KT1 & KT2, a method of taping used to support muscles and joints and promote healing.

Additionally, George is proficient in strapping and taping techniques, which are used to immobilize and protect injured areas.

George has worked with the Newark Rugby Club since 2022, providing sports therapy services to the team’s players. He is experienced in treating a variety of sports injuries, including muscle strains, sprains, and contusions. George is also skilled in providing rehabilitation exercises to help individuals recover from injuries and improve their performance.

In addition to his work as a sports therapist, George is an avid athlete himself. He enjoys Taekwondo and snowboarding. George’s passion for sports and his dedication to helping others make him an excellent sports therapist. He is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality of care and helping them achieve their goals.

Jasper M Nissim – D.O.

Jasper Nissim Principle Osteopath, embarked on his educational journey at The Judd School in Kent, where he laid the foundation for his future success. His pursuit of knowledge continued at The British School of Osteopathy, where he graduated in 1988, earning his credentials as an Osteopath.

After completing his formal education, Jasper’s passion for his craft led him to establish his practice in the heart of Chelsea, offering comprehensive osteopathic care to individuals from all walks of life. His unwavering commitment to his patients and his exceptional abilities as an Osteopath quickly built a reputation for excellence, attracting patients from far and wide.

However, Jasper’s desire for a deeper understanding of global healthcare practices led him to embark on a year-long journey across Asia and Australia. This transformative experience broadened his horizons, exposed him to diverse cultures, and enriched his perspective on the healing arts.

Upon his return, Jasper founded the Newark Osteopathic Clinic, harnessing the wisdom and insights he gained during his travels. The clinic, located in the vibrant town of Newark, gave hope for individuals seeking relief from a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Through his exceptional skills and unwavering dedication, Jasper established close connections with local GPs and Orthopaedic Surgeons, ensuring seamless collaboration and comprehensive care for his patients.

But Jasper’s vision extended beyond the confines of his clinic. In 2018, he founded scan.com, a global medical imaging company in the healthcare industry. With its headquarters strategically located on The Strand in London, scan.com rapidly expanded its reach, becoming a trusted partner for medical professionals and patients worldwide. Jasper’s unwavering commitment to innovation and technological advancements positioned scan.com as a leader in medical imaging.

A true sports enthusiast, he excelled on the rugby field, representing teams like Wasps and Newark until the age of 48. He also indulges in squash. Additionally, Jasper had an unwavering passion for skiing, seeking solace on the snowy slopes whenever time allows.
